🧘 Buddhist Meditation for Beginners – Mindfulness of Breathing
☸️ What can Buddhism teach us about wordly security and spiritual freedom?
Join us for meditation, Buddhism, or both.
No need to sign up or commit.
We will look at a short text called the Dhaniya Sutta from a very early Buddhist anthology called the Sutta Nipata.
This text has been described as 'a dialogue between Dhaniya and the Buddha. One rejoicing in his worldly security and the other in his spiritual freedom.
We will begin with a short meditation, then discuss the text, and then finish with a short reflection on the material we have explored.
📚 The morning will be led by Jinaraja, a Scottish Buddhist, an experienced ordained Triratna teacher who has lived in Kraków for many years.
